Elegant Country Club Bridal Shower with a Flower Bar

When you leave the party planning in the hands of your family and friends, you run the risk of it turning out like nothing you had imagined. Luckily for this bride-to-be, her mother was more than capable of throwing a chic country club bridal shower in her honor in shades of blush, ivory and gold.

Upper Montclair Country Club was the perfect venue for this elegant celebration that included a flower bar for favors, and one gorgeous dessert table! From Keri Calabrese Photography: I had the best time of photographing Kaitlin’s {surprise!} bridal shower at the Upper Montclair Country Club. Her amazingly talented mother planned and executed this gorgeous garden party affair with, of course, the help and hard work of Kaitlin’s bridesmaids and besties.

The entire shower, except the date, was a surprise to Kaitlin. After talking to her mom in the weeks leading up to the big day, I knew the shower was going to be beautiful, but I had NO IDEA it was going to be this gorgeous. Kaitlin’s mom, Julie thought of every. single. detail, including a DIY flower bar which doubled as guest favors, gorgeous blush and ivory color palette and table centerpieces and a perfectly executed dessert table that puts Pinterest to shame.

Blush and ivory

Julie is undoubtably talented, but she knew when to call in for help and put together an amazing team of wedding professionals! I love how she used a different vendor for each of the different types of sweets on the dessert table. The blush and ivory color palette was a dream and Laurel Wood Designs did an incredible job on the table centerpieces.

Love-filled shower

The best part of the day was not all of the beauty in the details, but in experiencing the amount of love that was poured into the shower, through thoughtfulness, creativity and hard work. It is clear that Kaitlin has amazing and genuine relationships with her family and friends and that they all have the biggest hearts of gold.
