Where Did You Met?

We sat next to each-other at their St. Michael's College graduation and it just so happened that both of our summer sublets in Burlington were right next door to each other, so after graduation they we spent the whole summer together and got to know each-other.

Attend Your Wedding?

Cooper stayed at my parent's house with one of my bridesmaid's friends. We knew he would feel more comfortable staying somewhere that was familiar to him, but he came up for the first look pictures and then went back to their house

How were you
proposed to?

Brian proposed on a weekend morning in our apartment - just us and our dog Cooper - it was perfect.

Where Are you
Getting Married?

The Barn at Smuggler’s Notch! We fell in love as soon as we walked in. We came up to Vermont for a weekend to look at venues and we were feeling really discouraged because no where felt right. My mom found The Barn and suggested we try to see it on our way back to Massachusetts.

Luckily, we were able to get in to see it and we knew it was the right place as soon as we walked in. My friends always joke that my decor style is all neutrals - I love whites and beiges - so the barn perfectly matched with that. We both felt really excited when we were in there and immediately started talking about how we would want the tables set up and how gorgeous that staircase would look in pictures.
