Enchanting English garden

From Abigail Jill Photography: Taking inspiration from a watercolor palette of blue sage, dusty rose, and gold tones, this English Garden styled shoot welcomes Spring into existence. Shot on April 2nd, spring was barely budding yet still there in the sweet clover fields. I was originally inspired by the beauty of the Marian Coffin Gardens. The gated gardens are simply charming with the English architecture of the reflecting pool and iron gates.

Ethereal bridal style

I wanted to use shops that wouldn’t pressure a bride’s budget, but also wouldn’t compromise on the integrity of the ethereal style and desired sage blue color. When I found the Amelia Rose tulle bridesmaid dresses, everything fell into place. The delicate floral design on the flutter sleeves provides a vintage twist on a modern ethereal look.  The bride’s gown does the same with the sheer embellished cape and chiffon skirt.

Lemon tarts and pretty flowers

The petite English lemon tarts from The Sugary were the perfect final touch to the place settings, with florals artistically placed by the talented Pridmore Design. Paige of Pridmore Design used Pieris Japonica throughout the entire floral design. The simplicity of these tiny blooms as the bridesmaids’ bouquets, reveals how delicate and unique florals creates such effortless art. Paige tied all of the colors together by using the soft tones and textures of pink, gold, peach, and sage in the beautiful centerpiece.

Fine art, old-world inspired weddings are sometimes believed to be unattainable due to resources, practicality and various other reasons.
