About Having A Garden Wedding
From Ashley Ludaesher Photography: I recently worked together with a great group of Berlin based wedding vendors on a romantic and chic garden wedding shoot. We fell madly in love with a 300 year old tree in the middle of the courtyard at Gartenglück Wegendorf (a wedding venue in Brandenburg, in the countryside surrounding Berlin) and created a story around the incredible tree and our super stylish couple.
Florist and Event Stylist Hurriyet of Botanic Art Floral and Event Design, found inspiration in the seasonal flowers at the market and created a dreamy garland under the tree's canopy with garden roses. We loved the idea of a garden wedding with tons of flowers and she used peonies, garden roses, lilac, sweet pea, nigella, spirea branches, and seasonal spring branches to bring the idea to life.
We love the chic weddings we work on here in the city, but felt that same style is brought out to the surrounding countryside not nearly enough. We worked with the sweetest real couple, Josefin and Daniel and had the best time bringing the idea to life. Lena Schleweis did Josefin's hair and makeup, and was inspired by Kate Moss's wedding and her glam bohemian (not too perfect) styling.
