Bride and groom sharing a romantic kiss in a winery

If you are looking for some solid inspo for your winery or vineyard wedding than you have come to the right place. Not only was Emma and Anthony's wedding day fabulous to look at with the bridesmaids dressed in flowing white and a venue that you'll love; but the bride also imparted some fantastic wedding advice as well as gave us the scoop on what all the best parts of her big day were.

Keep scrolling to find out more, you are going LOVE the fun favors they came up with, and don't forget to check out the full gallery of images from the talented Molly Lichten Photography.

From the Bride

I always knew I wanted to have a more rustic, romantic, elegant wedding. As soon as we saw our venue, Stone Tower Winery, my vision all came together. It is such a beautiful vineyard and the event space itself is so rustic and warm, I knew I wanted more neutral colors for our big day as to not overshadow the natural beauty of the venue. We went with lots of ivory, greenery, and hints of copper throughout the wedding. We had ivory florals with greenery, ivory bridesmaid dresses, a copper pipe seating chart (our DIY piece!), custom copper Moscow mule mugs as place cards, and lots of ivory candles to warm it all up.

Unique Elements

Customized copper Moscow mule mugs

We worked with Stephanie B. Design to hand-write our guests' names on their own, personalized Moscow mule mug. It not only added to our "hint of copper" for our wedding theme, but it was a great surprise placeholder at their seats and they got to take them home as their party favors!

DIY copper pipe seating chart

We wanted to do at least one DIY item for the wedding, and as soon as I saw some inspo online about a copper pipe display, I knew we could do it. We went to home depot, got all of our copper pipes, and went to work crafting such a unique piece! We then worked with Stephanie B. Design to create two custom acrylic boards with our table assignments in white font. It was such an amazing piece for our wedding!

Favorite Moment

The ceremony. We used the famous Tank Room at Stone Tower Winery for our ceremony and it was absolutely breathtaking. It is such a big room with tall ceilings, yet it still felt warm and intimate. After the bridal party processed down the aisle, two huge red doors at one end of the room opened up and my stepdad and I were there ready to walk down the aisle. It definitely added a cool dramatic surprise! We also had one of our closest friends officiate the wedding and she did such an amazing job. It definitely made it feel more personal as opposed to hiring an outside officiant.

Wedding Advice

If possible, hire a wedding planner. We hired Caroline Dutton to be our "month of" planner and it was hands down the best investment we made. I actually love event planning, so I knew I wanted to do most of the process myself, but I always asked her for advice or recommendations throughout the way and it was super helpful. Once she started officially with us a month out from the wedding, she took care of all vendor management, created the most amazing detailed timeline for me and all the VIPs, and made sure everything was squared away before the wedding.

The day of the wedding, she took care of every single detail and made everything run so smoothly. I never once felt stressed or worried about anything, and I was so thankful for that since I was already super emotional the whole day! I truly have no idea how I could have done everything without her - and I'm a super organized/detail-oriented person!
