Mediterranean Beach Club Meets Surf Ranch
Alana & Ryan were a dream couple to work with. They were absolutely laid back about everything. Their main goals for their big day were to have amazing food, lots of dancing and seeing all their friends and family smiling. We definitely accomplished that. The wedding took place on August 19, 2022. A perfect summer day with temperatures in the 80's and the ocean breeze coming in from the most spectacular backdrop of the Ole Hanson in San Clemente. The decor was aesthetically pleasing. Lots of neutrals, simple and delicate florals, candles everywhere and the ocean blues tying it all together. Overall the their theme was "Mediterranean Beach Club Meets Surf Ranch". Meaning lots of greenery, olive branches, white flowers, with natural fabrics, neutrals, beige, jute and make it feel moody and intimate.
The bridesmaids were all in an eclectic array of beige, champagne, taupe and print dresses that they each got to pick on their own. No formal bridal wear! For Hair and Make up, the bride went with a simple and chic pinned back hair. True to her style. Also wearing an incredibly simple but stunning floor length gown from Savannah Miller. Everything about this wedding was simple but memorable. For entertainment a Saxophonist was hired to join alongside the DJ and that got the crowd going. The couple also splurged on a lounge set to tie in their details and for a late night snack, ice cream and frozen dipped bananas were a crowd pleasure.
Wedding Advice From The Couple
Lastly, the couples advice is "I would say to just enjoy it, especially on the actual day. At this point every little detail you have thought of has been in the works and you just need to let go and be in the moment. Take it all in because it goes so fast! Taking some moments to ourselves in the wedding suite at the venue was so great and being able to look at our guests enjoying themselves was such a surreal feeling! And try to stay with your partner the whole evening, you want to have the same memories of the event!"
