Rustic touches of burlap and lace sit along side masculine fire fighter gear in this Can't Fight This Fire wedding, and the juxtaposition is fabulous!

Fire House Family
For our wedding day, we wanted to incorporate my vision of simple southern elegance with elements from the fire department which holds such a special place in both our hearts. Not only is the fire department Chad's job but they have really become our second family.
Wedding Tradition
We included a small white lace bible in the ceremony that has actually been in the weddings of 4 generations of women in my family. My favorite moment of the day was probably the first kiss with my now husband. He surprised everyone by high-fiving my best friend, who means the world to me.
A Perfect Match
Our personalities really compliment one another. Chad is laid-back and easy going and I am organized and focused. We keep each other grounded and our love for helping others with him being a fire fighter and me working towards my R.N. mean that we are really good at making sacrifices for one another. Our job choices also make us appreciate each other and the time we have together.
