the destination: mallorca
A true fairytale wedding took place in Mallorca, where Lina and Ricardo, a German-Italian couple who fell in love as teenagers in Southern Germany, celebrated their love. Today, they live between Southern Germany and Switzerland, but their hearts are deeply connected to Mallorca. It had always been their dream to marry on the island that holds such special meaning for them.
the vibe: bright and spiritual
The ceremony itself was anything but ordinary: spiritual, emotional, and deeply moving. The couple flew in celebrant Jon Mitchell from Ibiza, known for his unique and soulful ceremonies. Accompanied by violin and piano, the atmosphere designed by Julie & Julia Weddings was filled with magic and unforgettable moments. The dinner was a breathtaking highlight: floral arrangements by Little Sister and hundreds of candles created a warm, glowing atmosphere, while Lina and Ricardo sat beneath a tunnel of sparkling lights that looked nothing short of magical. The celebration took place at a private finca, where family and close friends stayed together for several days, turning the wedding into a shared holiday. With just 60 guests, the event felt intimate, warm, and full of joy. Lina and Ricardo’s wedding was not just a celebration but an unforgettable experience for everyone present.
the fashion
Lina, the radiant bride, wore a stunning white gown, styled by Ana Mujan and her team, while her bridesmaids wore elegant sage-green dresses.
the favors
Guests were treated to thoughtful details such as personalized fans and bottles of olive oil engraved with the wedding date, making for lasting keepsakes.
the cake
For the elegant yet laid-back affair, the couple cut into a simple two-tiered wedding cake frosted in blush buttercream and fresh flowers. Under a canopy of twinkle lights, the couple shared a special moment, feeding each other their first bites.
