Purple and Green Organic Fairytale Wedding
sincerity and love
My overall vision for my wedding was sincerity and love. I wanted the day to feel organized and organic, like the flowers. I originally wanted a small intimate wedding but as the amount of people attending grew, I realized that was going to be a little more difficult. So I focused on every detail having a meaning or purpose.
something magical
When I planned the style I wanted it to be a mixture of fairy-tale and traditional styles. I wanted the two opposite styles to mush together and make something magical. Similar to the two people joining in union. My fiance and I can be such opposites sometimes. He is that type A, traditional gentleman type, while I am the free spirit, prance around barefoot type. Knowing our two personalities, I wanted that to translate in the style.
fairy-tale wonderland
The day went better than I could have ever imagined. It was an intimate, casual, traditional and yet a fairy-tale wonderland. At the end of the day you reflect and realize that even if things went totally wrong, it was one of the best day of your life. I'm excited to have even better days in the future with my new husband!
