The idea of clean and classic, yet contemporary, also flowed through into the bride's style. She donned a strapless classic satin ballgown by Monique Lhuillier with a showstopping train.

Unique detail: hugging receiving line

The ceremony, officiated by the groom’s father, was deeply meaningful, and instead of the traditional aisle recessional, the couple chose a heartfelt hugging receiving line to personally greet each guest.

Custom monogrammed ice & vapor bubbles

After the ceremony, guests enjoyed signature cocktails featuring a custom monogrammed ice cube in Old Fashioneds and mesmerizing vapor bubbles in specialty drinks. A string duo—a harpist and a cellist—provided a serene ambiance during cocktail hour, while a saxophonist brought the energy up, leading guests into the reception space.

For the reception, the bride envisioned a speakeasy-inspired atmosphere, so Serene Events created a dramatic entrance by draping off the room, making it feel like a hidden gem waiting to be discovered.

Warm & inviting reception design

The design featured four unique table setups, each with its own mix of tables, chairs, linens, and floral arrangements. The Serene Events and Design team had so much fun bringing this creative vision to life! The space felt warm, intimate, and inviting—perfectly setting the stage for an incredible evening. As the live band began to play, guests were welcomed inside, ready to dance the night away in this one-of-a-kind celebration.
