You won’t believe where this winter wonderland wedding was held
Lauren and Ryan are a couple local to Orlando, Florida, who originally envisioned an intimate wedding in Italy. While traveling abroad with their full family and guest list wasn’t possible, everything changed when they discovered Bella Collina. From the moment they arrived, they were fully immersed. They were captivated by a venue that truly felt like the Italy of Orlando and transports every guest who stepped onto the property. Lauren had always loved winter and Christmas, so her dream was to transform the space into a true winter wonderland. Her planner with Blush by Brandee Gaar, knew this vision required a creative partner who could fully bring it to life which resulted in a fabulous collaboration with The Floral Way who designed and produced an environment that felt both magical and refined, captured on camera by Sierra Katrina.
Creating a winter wonderland
Lauren and Ryan, along with their families and guests, experienced a winter wonderland at Bella Collina unlike anything before. Floor-to-ceiling drapery, a fully carpeted ballroom, glowing Christmas trees, and bespoke design elements transformed the space into Lauren’s dream - personal, immersive, and unforgettable.

23-hour day: from setup to breakdown
Beginning at 5:00 a.m. and concluding after 3:00 a.m. the following morning, the day required a full 23 hours of setup and breakdown. This level of collaboration, labor, time, and vision is what defines a truly luxurious event and ensures flawless execution.
To-the-minute weather: Ironic Reports
The entire vendor team for this wedding came together to create a breathtaking design and guest experience. With the support of Ironic Reports, the team received real-time weather updates throughout the day, allowing them to make the most informed decisions possible. Thanks to this collaboration, the ceremony was able to take place outdoors as planned, but the team ultimately made the call to move the reception indoors.
Cocktail hour: bringing winter indoors
The indoor transformation was so seamless and intentional that the space felt entirely reimagined. Cocktail hour took place next to a "winterized" fountain covered in greenery and complemented by lush ground arrangements and wrapped pillars that rose up to the iron chandeliers.
Organic woodland and forest inspo
The reception opened up in the space behind elegant green curtains and transported guests to a winter forest indoors. Tables incorporate organic centerpieces filled with woodland greenery, while the dance floor was surrounded by frosted trees. One of the tables even featured a large tree installation in the middle with floating orbs surrounding it.
Fir tree first dance
The newlyweds had their first dance on a dance floor surrounded by elegantly lit trees that created a magical backdrop.
Monochromatic red after-party
The after-party was the perfect finale: a bold, fully red monochromatic room paired with a live band that kept the dance floor full well into the night. It was the cherry on top of an extraordinary celebration.
