How To:
Prep: Apply Serum/Cream for proper slip and to infuse superfood ingredients even more deeply.
Pressure: Always keep pressure super light for lymphatic drainage or medium/firm on areas of tension such as the jaw or back of the neck.
Pull (not push): Use a 15-degree angle (about a finger’s width between skin + stone) and support with the opposite hand.
Placement: Always start on the neck to open lymphatic drainage pathways, repeat each step 3-5 times, and wiggle the stone slightly at the end of each step to stimulate flow and release tension. Always work around inflammation or active acne to open pathways of healing to the area.
