the venue: home sweet home
For Caitlin, her wedding was always destined to take place in the most meaningful location of all—her childhood home’s horse farm. Nestled in the heart of Ocala’s countryside, the farm held years of cherished memories, making it the perfect setting for the most important day of her life. Blessed Magnolia transformed the beloved property into a wedding venue with a full-scale buildout, including a breathtaking tented reception space fit for 180 guests.
the vision: draped in romance
Caitlin envisioned a ceremony with a lush floral runway leading to the altar, surrounded by flowers. Overflowing with delicate blooms by Floral Architecture in soft, romantic hues, the aisle became an ethereal pathway to forever. Guests were immersed in the natural beauty of the farm, with towering oak trees and rolling pastures setting the stage for a truly picturesque exchange of vows. For the reception, the expansive tent was adorned with flowing drapery, creating a soft and inviting ambiance. Hundreds of candles flickered throughout the space, casting a warm glow over the tablescapes adorned with vintage-inspired glassware and delicate tableware. The refined elegance brought Caitlin’s vision to life, making every moment feel intimate and unforgettable.
From the first look to the final dance beneath a canopy of twinkling lights, Caitlin and Riley's wedding was the perfect balance of nostalgia and modern romance. Every detail, from the thoughtfully designed ceremony setting to the candlelit reception, was a testament to their love story and the beauty of celebrating at home. This wedding was a dream realized—proof that with vision and passion, any space can be transformed into the perfect place to say, ‘I do.’
the fashion
Despite the laid-back atmosphere, they still wanted a formal vibe for their wedding. Caitlin wore a stunning champagne-lined lace mermaid gown by Berta with dramatic bell sleeves and a matching choker. Riley also dressed up for the occasion in a classic black tux. These formal looks juxtaposed with the pastoral backdrop made for some seriously spectacular photos!
