A clean, editorial-inspired Nola wedding topped off with a parade
Molly and George’s wedding was the perfect mix of elegance and New Orleans soul. The two live out of state but chose the city for its soul and sense of place. It’s where they fell in love with each other and the idea of a wedding that felt like home. Set in the heart of the city, their day embraced everything that makes it magical—from historic architecture to the energy of a Second Line parade that had guests dancing through the streets. Soft blue bridesmaid dresses, lush garden-inspired florals, and a glowing, candlelit reception made the whole day - planned with the help of Toast Entertainment - feel romantic and effortless. Every detail felt personal, thoughtful, and true to the couple. Shot on film by Lexie Vaccaro Photography, the images carried a softness and nostalgia that matched the feeling of the day.

Bridal style: Clean and editorial
Molly wore a modern Katherine Tash gown from Anna Bé Bridal that brought a clean, editorial feel to the celebration and echoed her modern, editorial style. Her drop pearl earrings added a classic, feminine touch.
Something blue bridesmaids
The bridesmaids wore soft blue dresses from Revelry, which paired beautifully with the delicate garden-style florals.
Louisiana tradition: Cake pull
In true Louisiana fashion, the couple also included a cake pull (courtesy of Bittersweet) for their bridesmaids, honoring a beloved Southern custom that adds a bit of playful fortune-telling to the day. From start to finish, every detail felt layered with meaning and connection.
Historic venue: The Degas House
The wedding took place at the Degas House, a historic gem in the Esplanade Ridge neighborhood of New Orleans. Formerly the home of French Impressionist Edgar Degas during his time in the city, the house exuded old-world charm with its wrought iron balconies, lush courtyards, and timeless architecture.
Delphiniums: The perfect blue floral
The ceremony flowers by Forage were a dreamy mix of tall blue delphiniums, calla lilies, and wild seasonal stems, arranged to feel lush and slightly undone, like an overgrown garden.

A standout moment came during the Second Line parade, a classic New Orleans tradition that turned the energy all the way up with music and movement flowing through the streets thanks to the Young Pinstripe Brass Band.
