This free-spirited mountain wedding was a ombre terracotta dream
Kathryn and Bradley had exchanged little more than a brief “hello” before fate brought them together. Both had been invited to a mutual friend’s birthday celebration, and it was Kathryn’s twin sister who, playing the role of Cupid, orchestrated their first real conversation. In 2021, Bradley proposed to Kathryn during a trip to Oahu, Hawaii. Kathryn had meticulously planned an itinerary full of activities, so Bradley knew he would have to be clever to fit the proposal into their packed schedule. On a sunset hike, Bradley seized a quiet moment away from the crowds of tourists. Kathryn and Bradley’s Colorado wedding planned with the help of Lovely Thirteen Events offered a modern take on eclectic boho style, with touches of refined, free-spirited elegance. Set at a private residence with sweeping views of Pike National Forest and the Rocky Mountains captured by Nicole Henshaw Photography, their intimate wedding included just under fifty guests and was the perfect reflection of who they are as a couple.

Guests were invited with line-drawn light pink invitations with terracotta ink. The invitations alluded to the mountaintop setting with a mountain range design with plenty of pine trees.
Bridal style: floral details
Kathryn wore a soft A-line gown with floral details, its subtle layers of tulle adding dimension to the free-spirited design.
Rustic groom's style
Bradley wore a brown textured suit with an ombre boutonniere and muted red tie.
