Vibrant Indian-American wedding with a reception that glowed in gold

In a decadent celebration of love and family, Khushboo and Phil threw a multi-day Indian-American fusion wedding at the Vanderbilt Museum on Long Island. From the 70's disco-inspired Sangeet, where the bride’s family did a choreographed Bollywood dance, to the romantic Western wedding in the garden, the weekend - planned with the help of Eleni & Co New York - was a never-ending parade of exquisite fashion moments captured by Heather Pauline Davis.

Unique luxury elements throughout the event included Gucci details, vintage Dior, and the iconic Sabyasachi.

Ceremony in pinks and reds

The Indian marriage ceremony was outfitted in vibrant, rich pink and red florals courtesy of Pedestals.

On trend: delicate bouquet style

For the Christian ceremony, Khushboo wore a high-neck lace applique wedding dress and carried a delicate white floral bouquet.

Unique detail: sentimental vintage camera

The groom had his grandfather's old camera at the wedding and made sure to capture moments with the sentimental piece during the Christian ceremony.

Reception style: glowing in gold

The reception hall was outfitted with dozens and dozens of tall, tapered candles in clear votives. A gold accent created the luxury vibe as the hall literally sparkled and glowed.

A nod to Italian desserts

The evening reception also incorporated nods to the groom's Italian heritage throughout, particularly through the choice of desserts.
