the vision: low country elegance
Set beneath the sweeping oaks and soft Spanish moss of Pine Creek Place, this editorial by Woven & Revel captures the soul of Charleston with a modern, editorial twist. Designed to feel both timeless and unexpected, the collaboration brought together layers of texture, reflective accents, and sculptural florals to tell a story of intimacy and sophistication. Florals by Festoon Charleston were lush yet artfully restrained, featuring tall hydrangeas, tulips, and garden-inspired blooms arranged as though they had grown organically from the setting. Silver and mirrored accents reflected the soft Lowcountry light, while serpentine tables and encircled ceremony seating reinforced the theme of connection and togetherness.
trending: mixed media stationery
From lace trim to pleated organza ruffles like these, we're seeing couples and stationery designers incorporating textiles into their paper goods, and we're obsessed. Seriously, does it get any more luxe than this?
the fashion
The bride wore a flowing Jenny Yoo gown—effortlessly romantic with a clean, contemporary silhouette, while the groom’s tailored Banana Republic suit offered understated refinement. Ash & Co. enhanced the look with soft, natural waves and luminous makeup that celebrated the bride’s features without overpowering them, embodying modern bridal minimalism with a touch of Southern grace.
champagne & oysters
These days, every wedding needs a tower, but it doesn't necessarily need to be champagne. From espresso martinis and tiramisu to oysters, the sky is the limit. A celebratory tower like this one can also double as a grazing table during cocktail hour.
how to get the look
To replicate this look, focus on cohesion through repetition—echo curves, colors, or materials from ceremony to reception. Incorporate reflective textures like glass, satin, and silver to elevate the mood without overwhelming it. Finally, let your environment inspire your palette; draw from the natural hues, textures, and light of your surroundings for a design that feels both luxurious and grounded in place.
