their love story
Maggie and Caleb are a warm, family-centered couple who value connection, celebration, and the people who have shaped their story. Their relationship has been marked by travel, shared memories with family and friends, and a deep appreciation for thoughtful details—something that carried beautifully into their wedding day. Their proposal took place during a family trip to Punta Cana, on a pier chosen intentionally to mirror the spot where Maggie’s parents got engaged 29 years earlier. That blend of sentiment and joy is at the heart of who they are.
the vibe: vibrant and joyful
Designed and planned by Angela Marie Events, Maggie and Caleb’s wedding was so special because of the way it blended heartfelt meaning with pure celebration. The couple created an experience that felt warm, relaxed, and genuinely joyful—the kind of day where guests didn’t just attend a wedding; they felt part of it. The ceremony took place beneath a beautifully draped tent that created an intimate, ethereal setting while still allowing guests to feel connected to the surrounding landscape. Soft white fabric framed the entrance and swayed gently in the breeze, opening up to a view of Infinity Farms’ picturesque fountain. Two floral arrangements in vibrant spring tones stood on pedestals at the aisle entrance, perfectly tying the ceremony to the couple’s color palette. Overhead, a chandelier added a touch of elegance and warmth to the space. Live violinists played as guests were seated, elevating the atmosphere and giving the ceremony a refined, romantic feel. Even though the tent provided coverage in case of rain, its thoughtful styling made it feel intentional and elevated—a serene, beautifully framed moment for the couple to exchange their vows.
The wedding also felt special because of its atmosphere—vibrant colors, thoughtful touches, and a crowd that was truly present for the couple. The tablescapes were designed to feel joyful, fresh, and undeniably spring. The bride chose linens that acted as artwork on their own—soft watercolor florals for the cocktail and reception tables and a striking yellow-and-white velvet stripe for the cake display. These patterns created movement and warmth, echoing the citrus-bright florals used throughout the wedding. Even with all the fun, the day never lost its sincerity.
the venue
Infinity Farms in Carriere, Mississippi, offered the couple a setting that felt both elegant and effortless. Tucked away on a sprawling property surrounded by manicured gardens and natural greenery, the venue blends Southern charm with modern architecture. Its striking black-and-white buildings created a bold, clean backdrop for the couple’s vibrant spring color palette, allowing every floral detail to pop.
One of the bride’s favorite aspects was the private, “all-weekend” feel the venue provided. Infinity Farms includes on-site lodging, so the bridal party and family were able to stay steps away from the festivities—turning the wedding into a relaxed, intimate getaway. The ceremony space features crisp white brick framed by lush landscape, while the reception area offers open, airy interiors that transition seamlessly outdoors. The moment the bride toured the property with her mom and matron of honor, she knew it was the only place she wanted to say “I do.”
the florals
The bride carried a lush, color-forward bouquet composed of garden roses, standard roses, ranunculus, dahlias, and spray roses in a vibrant spring palette of citrus yellow, peach, coral, bright pink, and soft lavender. The mix of ruffled ranunculus and full garden roses created gorgeous texture, while blush and lavender accents softened the bolder tones. Designed without greenery, the bouquet felt modern, romantic, and perfectly tied together the spectrum of colors worn by her bridesmaids.
Each table featured clusters of colorful blooms that matched the bridesmaids’ palette, tying the full design together without feeling overly coordinated. The combination of mixed prints, vibrant flowers, and playful color accents gave the reception a garden-party elegance that felt elevated, happy, and completely in harmony with the couple’s vision.
the dress
Maggie’s gown—the “Colette” by Rivini—became one of the defining details of the day. Its structured corset bodice, floral-embossed organza skirt, and sculptural pleated sleeves created a look that felt both modern and romantic. The gown photographed beautifully from every angle!
a second line
One of the standout moments was the second line that led guests from cocktail hour into the reception. Bringing a beloved New Orleans tradition to their Mississippi venue added excitement, movement, and a sense of home for the couple and their Louisiana guests. It set the tone for an evening that was lively, music-filled, and impossible not to smile through.
custom details
While the couple didn’t take on traditional hands-on DIY projects, they infused the day with several personalized details they conceptualized themselves. One of their favorite ideas was replacing the bouquet and garter toss with a custom “Passman Social Club” T-shirt toss, complete with shirts they designed specifically for the reception.
They love their dogs, Sprig and Juce, who made several sweet appearances throughout the wedding, from custom tennis balls for guests’ pups to the signature cocktail named after Sprig. Caleb’s custom suit liner—designed with illustrations of their story—and Maggie’s involvement in every design decision reflected their shared creativity and personal style.
the drinks
The couple added a personal touch to the bar by creating a signature cocktail named after their beloved dog, Sprig. “The Sprig” was a blueberry mojito made with Bacardi, club soda, muddled blueberries, lime, and mint, served with custom napkins featuring Sprig’s illustration and the sweet message, “Drinks on me! Love, Sprig.” It quickly became a guest favorite and set a playful tone for the night.
trending: a private last dance
The private last dance, the laughter shared with family and friends who stayed on-site all weekend, and the effortless flow of celebration made the entire experience feel personal and unforgettable. It was a weekend full of joy, intention, and moments that reflected exactly who Maggie and Caleb are together.
the cake(s)
The couple chose a clean and modern four-tier white cake that acted as a sculptural focal point in the reception space. Set on a bold yellow-and-white velvet-striped linen, the cake sat in front of the venue’s black wood backdrop, creating a striking contrast that made the entire display feel intentional and artful. Instead of placing florals on the cake itself, the bride opted for a lush floral ring at the base, featuring roses, ranunculus, snapdragons, and lisianthus in bright yellow, coral, orange, lavender, and pink—the same palette carried throughout the wedding. The effect was vibrant and dimensional, making the cake table feel like a living floral installation. It was simple by design, but the presentation made it a standout moment in the room.
Maggie also dreamed up the concept for Caleb’s five groom’s cakes, each representing a piece of their story—from sushi and poker chips to golf balls and their two dogs. These creative touches added personality and charm to the day, making the celebration feel unmistakably theirs.
