their love story
Rosalind and Max lived in the same house during the end of their junior and senior years of college. What began as a roommate dynamic quickly blossomed into a friendship—and, naturally, into love. They were engaged in 2022. The year prior, they had purchased a home together and discovered a nearby path they loved to walk with their dogs. During one of those familiar strolls through the woods and nature preserve, Max got down on one knee. Their dogs were right there beside them for the unforgettable moment.
the vision: english garden party
With European essence and bountiful elegance, Rosalind and Max’s wedding, coordinated by Brooke Voris Weddings, felt reminiscent of an English garden party. Embracing the natural beauty of Pennsylvania, their celebration at The Inn at Grace Winery was filled with florals by Pridmore Floral Design, color, and lighthearted fun. This boutique hotel, anchored by a historic Quaker farmhouse, offered outdoor spaces lush with verdant trees and blooming gardens.
When planning their day, the couple drew inspiration from their photographer’s portfolio, using it to guide styling decisions and infuse meaningful details throughout. “The personal touch is really what made the weekend feel so special and cohesive,” they noted. At the indoor reception, guests dined by candlelight among fine crystal, printed china, and greenery suspended from the wooden beams above.
the invitations
With gilded lettering and an organic painted wildflower motif, this invitation suite gave guests a taste of the enchantment that was to come. We can't get over how the illustrations so perfectly match the flowers from the day!
getting ready
These have to be some of the most joyous getting-ready photos we've ever seen! Before the wedding, Rosalind and her ladies prepped in a quaint bridal suite on-site. They all wore matching pajamas and fuzzy slippers before stepping into their official attire for the day.
the fashion
Rosalind thoughtfully selected a different gown for each bridesmaid, honoring their individuality while creating a soft, cohesive pastel color story. A floral archway with subtle European flair offered a striking focal point at the ceremony, beautifully complementing Rosalind’s romantic, flower-adorned gown.
the cake
Their romantic, two-tiered cake sat perched atop a wooden barrel, surrounded by the prettiest floral installation. It made the perfect centerpiece for the night's celebration.
